First Batch 

3 1/2 cups water
2 tea bags 
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 organic raw kombucha 

bring water to boil 
dissolve sugar
add tea bags
cool down to room temp 
pour into the jar 
add the raw kombucha 
seal with cloth and rubber band 
store in room temp, out of direct sunlight
